Stages Of Our Work
01. Project Planing
Project scoping, timeline, budget, available work hours, required safety personnel, required security personnel, required company representatives, required sign-offs, required reporting.
02. Staging Site
In order to efficiently delivery work on-site, identifying an adjacent or on-site work state for equipment staging, personnel mobilization and associated refueling is required to properly service our clients.
03. Engineering & Construction
Our firm completes engineering and construction for required projects.
04. Client Approvals
Daily logs with work scope completion itemizing personnel on-site, equipment on-site and 3rd party contractors and vendors onsite. Completion of project Punch List Items require a company or government representative to complete on-site review and approval of work on a per day, per week or per project stage-gate milestone basis.

Our firm is able to complete engineering, design and build for our projects.
Planning & Work Scope
Based upon client's initial project plan and work scope requirements we will work with client to review, identify gaps and after agreement on work scope proceed.
Project Completion
Each project has milestones with sign-offs for critical work stages of completion. After all work completed a final work list of items and change orders can be reviewed, on a per contract basis.
